Download the Instra Support tool here. Use this tool to allow a support technician to connect to your PC. This program requires no installation, simply run the download.
Step 1 - Click Download button
Step 2 - Click Run button (or Save to location if needed for future use)
Step 3 - Click Run again to acknowledge security warning (Publisher is TeamViewer GmbH)
Step 4 - Wait for ID and Password numbers to appear (may take a minute)
Step 5 - Pass ID and Password on to support technician
